Supreme Court Hides Behind Anonymous Opinions
AP Wire—May 8th, 2008
A new report by Texas Watch reveals that the Texas Supreme Court relies heavily on anonymous, unsigned opinions. Since judges are elected in Texas, transparency is key to ensuring that voters are able to adequately weigh the positions of each individual member sof the Court.
