Hecht Should Just Pay Fine for Campaign Finance Violation

The Associated Press has reported that Texas Supreme Court Justice Nathan Hecht is considering appealing the recent Ethics Commission ruling. An editorial in the Star-Telegram suggests that Hecht should just go ahead and pay the fine.
