The Timely Demise of the TRCC

The Examiner—May 30th, 2009

In a recent article, James Shannon of the Examiner takes a look at the history of the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC) and the recent legislative actions that allowed for its demise. It has finally been condemned and will be demolished.” Shannon interviewed two Texas Watch activists who have struggled for many years with the agency for the story.
