Insurance Reform

I would like to disagree with the recent article entitled “_____” that was published on ____. .

For the past six years, Texans have been promised real insurance rate relief. So far those promises look pretty empty. Rates for many continue to climb, coverage is lower than ever and insurance companies are refusing to pass along billions of dollars in overcharges that they owe Texans.

Enough is enough. It is time to stop the insurance industry from playing games with Texas families and finish the job of insurance reform. We can’t afford to keep paying more for less.

Insert a few sentences describing your personal experience with insurance company abuse.

How much proof do we need that it is time for true reform that holds the insurance industry accountable?

Sincerely,

Patient Safety and Medical Negligence

I would like to disagree with the recent article entitled “_____” that was published on ____. .

Proposition 12 has effectively kept negligent doctors safe from any kind of accountability. Not only have countless families been devastated by medical malpractice without any legal recourse, but Texas is now becoming a safe haven for bad doctors.

Enough is enough. We need real reforms that improve patient safety, strengthen accountability standards and make health care more affordable and accessible for Texans.

Insert a few sentences describing your personal experience with the cap and medical malpractice.

How much proof do we need that it is time for true reform that holds negligent doctors and hospitals accountable?

Sincerely,

Name, address or phone number
