Texas Watch Executive Director was featured in FOX4 Reporter Lori Brown's article, "Texas lawmakers look to close 'loopholes' that allowed Dallas anesthesiologist to continue practicing." The article discussed HB 1998, relating to the regulation of physicians and the disciplinary authority of the Texas Medical Board. Ware was quoted saying, "Nearly 50 doctors had problems in other states practicing here in Texas because the Texas Medical Board was not doing their job."
